HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Apply & Choose Your Template

Start by filling out the application form and selecting your preferred Squarespace template (or request a recommendation). Once we confirm the fit, we’ll schedule your project start date.

Step 3: Customise & Refine

I’ll transform your chosen template into a polished, aligned website that reflects your brand, balancing visual aesthetic, user flow, and functionality. One revision round is included to fine-tune the design before launch.

Bonus: You’ll also get 2 weeks of post-launch email support, so you never feel left on your own.

Step 2: Define Your Vision

You’ll complete my Brand Discovery Guide—a guided questionnaire that helps you define your brand personality, content, and visual preferences. This gives us a clear foundation from which to design.

  • No worries—I’ll help guide you! If you’re unsure, I can recommend a template that align with your goals, content, and style.

  • At this time, I don’t offer copywriting or image sourcing as part of this service. You’ll need to provide your website content (text and images) before the project begins. If you’re feeling stuck, I’m happy to recommend some helpful resources to guide you.

  • Once I have your completed Brand Discovery Guide and all your content, your custom website will be ready in a week (5 business days). Timing may vary slightly depending on how quickly you provide materials.

  • This is ideal if you love the structure of a template but want help making it your own. If you’re looking for a fully custom design from the ground up, I’d be happy to chat about other options.

  • Not necessarily! As part of this service, I’ll design a clean, type-based wordmark that fits beautifully with your new site. If you already have branding, we’ll integrate it seamlessly.

  • You’ll need to purchase your own Squarespace subscription, as it’s not included in the customization package.

    This ensures that your website is fully yours and stays within your personal Squarespace account after the handover.

    The good news? You won’t need to purchase a plan right away — every website from my studio comes with an extended 6-month free trial, giving you plenty of time before committing to a subscription.

  • Your domain name will also need to be purchased separately, as it's not included in the customization package.

    Just like your subscription, this keeps everything in your name and under your full ownership.

    Already have a domain? Perfect — I can help connect it to your new site or assist with transferring it into your Squarespace account if needed.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to review the site and share any feedback. I’ll make refinements to layout, styling, or content placement as needed to make sure everything feels just right.

  • You’ll receive two weeks of email support after your website goes live—perfect for small tweaks, questions, or guidance as you settle in.
