These Template Policies apply to all digital templates and design products available for purchase on Studio Aleksieva's website. By purchasing a template, you agree to these terms.

1. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the instant and digital nature of our templates and design kits, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a template is right for you, feel free to contact us at info@studioaleksieva.com before buying.

2. What You Can & Can’t Do (Licensing & Usage)

When you purchase a template or design kit from Studio Aleksieva, you are buying a single-use, non-transferable license. This means:

✅ You CAN:

• Use the template for one personal or business website (your own)

• Customize it to suit your brand and needs

• Use it to create a live website for yourself

❌ You CANNOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template or design files

• Claim the design as your own original creation

• Use it to create websites for clients (unless you purchase a Commercial/Client License)

• Copy or adapt any part of the template for resale purposes

3. Template Support

Each template includes limited support for:

• Accessing and downloading your files

• Troubleshooting issues related to the installation of the template

We do not provide:

• Customization services

• Squarespace platform training

• Tech support for third-party tools

For extended or personalized help, we offer custom design services — reach out to discuss a project.

4. Template Compatibility

All Squarespace templates are designed for Squarespace 7.1 unless otherwise specified. Templates are not compatible with older versions of Squarespace (e.g., 7.0 or legacy templates), Wix, Shopify, or other platforms.

Please make sure you're using the correct version of Squarespace before purchasing.

5. Template Delivery

After your purchase, you’ll receive an instant download link to a PDF guide containing all the information you need to get started — including instructions, next steps, and important delivery details.

The template itself will be delivered to your Squarespace account via a Squarespace contributor invitation within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll need an active Squarespace 7.1 account to receive and access the template.

If you don’t receive your PDF guide immediately after checkout, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you haven’t received your template delivery within 48 hours of purchase, feel free to contact us at info@studioaleksieva.com.

6. Template Updates

Occasionally, we may make improvements or updates to templates. If you’ve purchased a template and an update is released, you may receive access to the updated version at our discretion. You are not entitled to free upgrades unless stated in the product description.

7. Canva Moodboards & Branding Kits

Our Canva moodboards and brand kits are also digital products subject to these same policies.

You must have a Canva account to use these templates. We do not provide support for Canva-related issues beyond access and file delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, kits, and materials are the intellectual property of Studio Aleksieva. You may not copy, duplicate, or recreate our designs or materials for commercial or educational purposes without written permission.
